I am not saying this place isn’t nice or anything. All I am saying is, it’s not a “learning-dedicated” community, and as such, it lacks of the expertise (made public!).

Perhaps http://www.cgsociety.org/ might be more up your alley

i think the critiques you receive here are invaluable, as are the techniques you can learn from the other artists.  conceptart is the home of professional concept artists, and we’re all still flourishing.  the comparison is hardly fair. :P

Don’t take me wrong, but there is hardly anything to actually learn from here.

Unless, of course, you get to have one or two precious critiques being given to your works.

ConceptArt—from what I am aware—holds the most extensive knowledge base possible.

Which is exactly why I wrote that. Critiques are invaluable, and personal. They deserve credit.

Oh, and I did forget to mention CG as well. Ehm; either way, I am yet to see your critiques.
